The following clauses govern access to the Website located at www.alboreaflamenco.com and to the social media profiles linked from its home page (hereinafter, this Website), on the one hand, and the person who accesses this Website (hereinafter, the User), on the other.

Anyone accessing this Website becomes a User and undertakes to comply with the clauses set out herein, as well as with any other applicable legal provision. By following any of the ALBOREA FLAMENCO profiles on social media, the User undertakes to comply with the terms and policies of those networks. ALBOREA FLAMENCO reserves the right to modify any clause or information on this Website.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Introduction

The purpose of this document is to govern the General Terms and Conditions of the online and offline booking services (hereinafter, and interchangeably, the services) of ALBOREA FLAMENCO. The terms “You” and “User” are used here to refer to all individuals and/or entities who, for any reason, access www.alboreaflamenco.com or use the services.

Use of these services implies full acceptance and validity of each and every one of the General Terms and Conditions set out in their latest updated version, which shall be deemed automatically incorporated into any contract entered into with ALBOREA FLAMENCO, without the need to transcribe them in writing in that contract.

Booking and purchase of services and products

All purchases made by the User on this Website are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of purchase of services set out in this document. Any aspect of the purchase not covered herein shall be governed by the legislation in force in Spain.

Any purchase made by the User implies their agreement with and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of purchase of services. No stipulation made by the User regarding these Terms of purchase may differ from those established by ALBOREA FLAMENCO.

All information on the pages of www.alboreaflamenco.com relating to the services, their features, prices, purchase conditions or booking policies may be modified by ALBOREA FLAMENCO at any time and without prior notice, in order to keep the general public promptly informed of such changes.

Should there be any change to a service, you will be informed at the time of purchase or at the start of the service. The information provided by the company shall be deemed valid and final.

Cancellation policy

The following conditions apply to the cancellation of bookings for our products:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the event.
  • ALBOREA FLAMENCO reserves the right to cancel any service that does not reach a minimum of 5 people.

Refund policy

If you are affected by our cancellation policy, ALBOREA FLAMENCO undertakes to refund the full purchase amount using the same payment method used for the purchase, whenever possible.

I have my ticket. What do I need to know?

The owners of the venue, the show organiser and their staff are required to refuse entry to the venue, or to require people to leave it, in the following cases:

  1. Entry to the room may be refused once 20 minutes have passed since the start of the show, if late entry could disturb other guests already seated.
  2. Entry to the room may be refused to anyone accompanied by animals, with the exception of guide dogs.
  3. Entry to the room may be refused when a person trying to enter, or already inside, the venue behaves in any way that disrupts public order, disturbs other spectators or guests, or interferes with the normal course of the show or activity.
  4. Seats previously assigned to each guest may be released once 10 minutes have passed since the start of the show.
  5. Children aged 0–4 do not have a reserved seat. The management of La Alboreá may assign a seat to children in this age group, provided the venue is not at full capacity.
  6. The management of La Alboreá may ask the parents or companions of children aged 0–4 to leave the room if the children interfere with the normal course of the show or activity.
  7. Doors open 25–30 minutes before the start of the show.
