The owners of the venue, the show organiser and their staff are required to refuse entry to the venue, or to require people to leave it, in the following cases:

1. Entry to the room may be refused once 20 minutes have passed since the start of the show, if late entry could disturb other guests already seated.
2. Entry to the room may be refused to anyone accompanied by animals, with the exception of guide dogs.
3. Entry to the room may be refused when a person trying to enter, or already inside, the venue behaves in any way that disrupts public order, disturbs other spectators or guests, or interferes with the normal course of the show or activity.
4. Seats previously assigned to each guest may be released once 10 minutes have passed since the start of the show.
5. Children aged 0–4 do not have a reserved seat. The management of La Alboreá may assign a seat to children in this age group, provided the venue is not at full capacity.
6. The management of La Alboreá may ask the parents or companions of children aged 0–4 to leave the room if the children interfere with the normal course of the show or activity.
7. Doors open 25–30 minutes before the start of the show.
