Estefanía López (Flamenco dancer)
Estefanía López, a renowned dancer from Granada, graduated in Flamenco from the Reina Sofía Dance Conservatory in Granada and in Spanish Dance from A.P.D.E. Her passion for dance began at the age of 6 at the municipal dance academy in Albolote (Granada), where she trained and developed her love for the art of flamenco.
With a career that keeps on rising, Estefanía has refined her art with renowned masters such as Fuensanta La Moneta, Olga Pericet, Manuel Liñán, Manolete and Manuela Carrasco, in addition to her studies at the Dance Conservatory. Her skill and dedication have led her to join the ensembles of prestigious Granada companies, including the Laboratorio Coreográfico de Flamenco Urbano de Granada, directed by Fuensanta La Moneta, as well as the Ballet Flamenco de Granada and the Compañía de Danza Vinculados.
Also making her mark on international stages, Estefanía has taken her art to countries such as China, Brazil, Dubai and Morocco, captivating audiences from many different cultures with her passion and virtuosity.
Alongside her artistic career, since 2016 Estefanía has shared her knowledge as a flamenco teacher at the “La Moneta” Dance Studio, inspiring future generations with her art and dedication.
On the Ballet Flamenco de Granada’s January–February 2024 tour, Estefanía shone as a soloist, consolidating her position as one of the leading figures in contemporary flamenco.
