Francisco Fernández Pérez, better known as Paco de Andrea, was born in Granada, Spain, but grew up in Nice, France. He trained as a flamenco dancer in the tablaos of Granada, where he stood out for the strength and elegance of his dancing, following in the footsteps of Antonio Canales, Los Farrucos and Manolete, among others.
During his career he has been part of various flamenco companies, most notably Juan Andrés Maya’s company, and has toured abroad, performing in countries such as the United States, Japan, Russia (including Siberia), Iceland, Germany, France and Mongolia. He is currently working on creating his own show.
